术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

海盐
sea salt
以海水为原料制成的盐。
3.2
食用盐(食盐)
edible salt
以氯化钠为主要成分,直接食用或用于食品加工的盐。

生态海盐
ecological edible sea salt
以无污染海水为原料,在优良自然生态环境下,按照生态海盐评价技术
规范标准生产,实行全程质
